To provide evangelism training and
discipleship/mentoring to this local body of Christ in order
that the kingdom of God be expanded.
Vision
By the year 2004, we will have an organized structure implemented
for discipleship or mentoring of believers into soul winners.
Trained teams will be available to evangelize our community,
the nation and other nations. Also, coordination will exist
between the different ministries to enhance evangelism, and
80% of the congregation will be involved in daily outreach.
Current Activities
- Follow-up ministry surveys from new membership applicants
and visitor cards
- Train more people in evangelism
- Develop methods to evangelized the homeless in conjunction
with other churches
- Develop Evangelism and Discipleship ministry chart
- Implement more effective follow-up for discipleship
- Begin to consider additional staff and develop organization
- Introduce alternate evangelism methods, such as Lifestyle/Lighthouse
